Blog and online magazine for fans of World Wrestling Entertainment
This was an opportunity to create something that was now missing on the sports market. Though there are independent wrestling magazines, there is still a niche on the market for a dominant WWE publication. While this project may just be a fun collaboration between a writer and a designer, it allows us both to pursue our passion without worrying about deadlines. This is 100% a passion project and hopefully that comes across in the design and the writing.
After each pay-per-view a review is written, uploaded to the website and then a magazine version is created. The magazine also includes articles written and posted to the website in the past month.
The website runs on blogging platform Tumblr. It is designed to look like an online magazine to give readers the most engaging experience possible both in print and digitally. It has a featured post slider, sidebar widgets and comments powered by Disqus.
